New Hospital Update

As you may or may not be aware of, the Animal Industry has grown and changed over the last few years.  If you have been our clients for a while, you have probably seen first-hand how things have changed.  At one time we usually could accommodate same day visits, and now we find we are booked 2 weeks in advance. We are a small practice with 3 full time and 1 part time Veterinarians. Our goal, as a hospital is to make sure we are offering the best service and care to our clients. In order to do that, after much consideration, we have decided to temporarily stop accepting new clients.  Our primary concern is that every pet receives the best care possible, and it has become increasingly harder for us to see everyone.  Of course, if you are currently a client and acquire a new pet you are more than welcome to continue bringing the newest member of your family here.  Our focus is on providing excellent care for our established clients and their furry family in the timeliest manner we can. With that being said, please consider calling a month in advance to schedule routine appointments, giving us the ability to meet your scheduling needs.  If an emergency arises, please call us first thing in the morning so we can try and work you in.  We also partner with Fetch of Greenville and Upstate Vet Specialist, both are available for urgent needs, such as dog fights, hit by car cases or pets that may need to be hospitalized with round the clock care. When we recommend them, it is not to push you to someone else, we are considering the care your pet may need and whether or not we will be able to meet those needs.  Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we are seeing receptionist, technicians and doctors leaving the profession daily. This makes it difficult to keep practices fully staffed and not overburdened. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to doing our best to care for you and your family pets.
